When you connect your Google Ads account to AdLlama, we access the following Google user data:

Data we access:

• Google Ads account information (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, performance metrics)
• Basic profile information (email address, name) for authentication purposes
• Google OAuth refresh tokens to maintain your account connection

How we use this data:

• To create, modify, and manage Google Ads campaigns on your behalf
• To display campaign performance and recommendations within the AdLlama dashboard
• To provide customer support related to your connected accounts

Data storage:

• Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States (hosted via Supabase and Railway)
• Google OAuth refresh tokens are stored securely to maintain your account connection

Data retention and deletion:

• We retain Google user data for as long as your AdLlama account is active and connected
• You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time through your AdLlama dashboard
• You can request deletion of all your data by contacting support@adllama.com
• Upon account deletion or deletion request, we permanently delete all associated Google user data within 30 days

Data sharing:

• We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google user data to third parties
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or remarketing purposes
• We do not use Google user data to train AI/ML models unrelated to providing you direct service through AdLlama
